OUR FLOOR PLAN CONCEPTS
Our collection of architect-designed floor plans has
been created specifically for self & custom builders,
providing inspiring starting points from which to
develop a home that is individual to you.
Each concept is fully adaptable. Layouts can be
mirrored, extended, reduced or reconfigured to
respond to your lifestyle, site, orientation, views &
budget. Bedrooms can be added or removed, room
proportions adjusted & the overall GIA (Gross
Internal Area) refined while retaining the key design
principles of the original concept.
The layouts shown have generally been developed
around our Considered to Generous space standards,
giving comfortable room proportions & a sense of
space. Where budget or plot size is a priority, we can
develop a more compact version with a reduced GIA,
maintaining the character and functionality of the
design while making the overall build more
cost-efficient.

With homes ranging from two to six bedrooms,
across single and two storey designs, the collection
is not intended as a catalogue of fixed house types.
Instead, each design provides a strong architectural
starting point for creating your own home.
The plans, 3D models and imagery are illustrative of
this potential, helping you explore what you like
before we adapt and develop your chosen concept
around you and your site.
